Request....

I have a request of those you who do not work (the others can help too if it is available)

At Pike View Elementary our Book Fair is the week of October 13 - 17. we run it in the morning 8:00 - noonish. the children come and shop. There will be one or two days we may invite parents and grandparents to come and have lunch and shop as well.

we are looking for loving helpers that could help guide children and parents to age appropriate books. There may be a job of helping with the cash register as well.

Many of children do not get to buy books at all. they are more impressed with trinkets that come with the book fair. they do not appreciate a room full of books like you and I would.

anyway, just thought if anyone wanted to have a few volunteer hours I could use you!!! You can bring friends, hubbys or anyone else!!!
